Apartment Signoria is positioned next-door to the world-famous square of Piazza della Signoria with views of the Palazzo Vecchio tower from the terraces.
The apartment is located in a beautiful 15th century building and has retained many of its original features including a delightful, medieval stone stairwell and parts of a fresco in the kitchen/dining area.
The apartment is reached on the first floor and through a terracotta paved roof terrace.
On entering the apartment, there is a small entrance hall which leads onto a large kitchen and dining area.
To the left of the hall is a small laundry room with washer/dryer. To the right of the kitchen is a spacious living room with open fireplace and beyond, a generously proportioned double bedroom. To the right of the main bedroom is a secondary, Queen size double bedroom.
This opens onto a corridor, off which are two bathrooms – one with a tub and one with shower only. Beyond the bathroom is a study with a sofa bed and French windows which open onto the terrace.
