B&B Molino Di Foci was originally a working water-mill, which has been lovingly restored and transformed into alittle bed & breakfast. 5 km away from the historic centre of San Gimignano in the quiet Tuscan countryside,surrounded by swaying grain fields and sunflowers.
A beautiful outside terrace and a large swimming-pool offer ideal conditions to relax, unwind and appreciate the tastes of this beautiful region.
Car parking is at guests disposal.
All 10 rooms ( two of superior quality) are spacious and furnished in typical Tuscan style, with in-suite bathrooms (shower, wc), hairdryer, telephone and satellite tv.
Breakfast is served in a buffet style with a choice of hot drinks.
The cosy bar area serves drinks and tasty snacks, both for lunch and dinner.

Motorway A1 Milano - Roma, exit Firenze Certosa - continue on the dual carriageway to Siena, exit Poggibonsi nord - follow signs for San Gimignano - approximately 6 km out of Poggibonsi, you'll see a sign for Colle Val d'Elsa on your left - continue for another 50 m and turn left into a small country road, that brings you to the Molino di Foci (ca. 800 m).
