 >    The rented property is fully furnished, provided with  linens, towel and all household appliances as in the description of the apartment.

>  Terms of payment:

• The reservation fee (15% of the total price, ) due at the same time of the reservation. 

• The remaining fee (85% of the total price, ) is due at the check-in.

>   General CancellationPolicy:                                                                

The reservation can be cancelled totally or partially but the following penalties must be paid:
   15% of the letting price if cancellation is made at least 30 days before the beginning of the letting period.

>  Departure day:                                                                       

check-out is due no later than 11.00 AM.  A different time can be agreed Kindly we have to know in advance the time of your arrival for the check-in.

>  Responsibilities:

The Tenant relieves  www.italyanditaly.tv from any responsibility for damages caused by a third party or malfunctions of appliances caused by a third party (i.e.: electricity, heating, etc.), and is directly responsible to the  party and third parties for damages caused by him/her, due to water leakage, gas leaks, etc., and by any other abuse or misusage of the apartment and its belongings. The Tenant relieves from  www.italyanditaly.tv any responsibility for damages, injures or accidents that may occur to him/her during the rent period.

I declare that I've read and accepted the "General Conditions of Rent" attached to this form.  In case my booking is not accepted, the whole Reservation Fee (eventually paid) will be returned, and nothing else will be claimed
