Antica Fontana is spacious and fine-looking house with its own private swimming-pool. It stands in the grounds of a larger, 16th-century Florentine Villa built in a commanding position on the side of one of the hills that surround the Tuscan capital. The property is just a couple of miles from the centre of Florence. Like the main villa itself, “Antica Fontana” has recently undergone extensive renovation and refurbishment both inside and out . Care has been taken to create an outstanding residence that combines comfort with impeccable elegance and style. Access to the house is independent of the main property and in fact “Antica Fontana” has its own car park. There is a generous terrace and garden - ideal for al-fresco dining. Guests staying at “Antica Fontana” can also enjoy the private swimming pool and its facilities – the pool area is perfect for relaxation and afternoon drinks. There are stunning views across the Florence Hills with glimpses of the famous Arcetri Observatory and the rear side of the magnificent Poggio Imperiale, residence of the Grand Dukes of Tuscany, from 1737 to 1860 . Tecnical Description

On the left, a living room with a stone fireplace and a corridor from with access to the master bedroom, can be found. The latter is equipped with an en-suite bathroom with tub, shower cabin and closet. To the left of the corridor stairs ascend to the first floor.
First Floor: On the first floor there is a a cosy sitting room known as the “family room”. To its right a double bedroom and further twin bedroom share a bathroom with tub.
